Summer 1-2 Aug 2026 King Lear’s Model Boat Club exhibit at the Melton Mowbray Model Engineering Show. The KLMBC Stand which exhibited a wide and interesting range of boats attracted considerable interest from the public. Not to mention one of Stuart’s latest creations the “Grim Reaper”!!

The Norfolk Wherry scratch built over winter months by Geoff taking to the water for the First Sail Sunday 19th July 2026!! A superb model. The hull construction is built using traditional period scale planking each plank shaped and fitted by hand.
